This study aimed to detect the level of use family violence and its relationship to aggressive behavior among average education students. The sample consisted of 100 male and female pupils, from Batna City 50 were females and 50 males, who were chosen incidentally, for the academic year 2014/ 2015. The use of family violence questionnaire and aggressive behavior questionnaire were used after confirming the validity and reliability of both. The results showed a positive relationship between family violence and aggressive behavior. It was statistically significant 0.38, the results also showed a statistically significant differences among the sample of family violence in individuals, due to the variable of gender, and age. The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the sample of aggressive behavior in individuals, due to the variables of gender, and age. In light of the results a set of recommendations and proposals were presented which can contribute to the treatment of family violence and aggressive behavior. (Published abstract)
