The present study aimed to (design program accredited exercises enriching and pictures tag in the development of written expression skills to the pupils of the fifth primary). The researcher prepare a list of topics written expression and a list of the skills of written expression and presented to the experts to demonstrate its validity and the researcher program designed as to ensure the general framework of the program: its objectives, and its content and exercises, pictures, and methods of evaluation and achieve the goal of search Random researcher from the primary schools in the education of Maysan chose, was the Sayeda Zeinab School (P) for girls, to represent the students of the fifth grade of primary a) of the experimental group that studied demanded of their number 20 based on the use of student enrichment and pictures tag exercises for the development of written expression skills program and fifth grade students b) the control group which studied demanded their number of 20 students in the usual way. Researcher equated between students groups experimental and control statistically using samples t-test (T-Test) in chronological age and degrees of Arabic language material in the fourth grade for the academic year 2012-2013 and IQ test scores using Chi-square and in the academic achievement of the parents.
