The present study mainly aimed at revealing the prevailing thinking styles and their relationship with happiness among gifted students in Jubilee school. To realize the objectives of the study, a sample of 141 students (78 females and 92 males) was selected. The scale of (Sterberg & Wanger,1992) and the scale of happiness developed by Al-Minshawi 2008 based on oxford happiness list (QHQ) were used. The study showed a correlative relationship at a 0.05 between the thinking styles namely legislative, hierarchic, liberal, external, judicial, local and the total score of the scale on one hand, and happiness on the other hand. However, the results did not point out the executive, monarchic, internal, global, anarchic, conservative and oligarchic thinking styles on one hand and happiness on the other hand. The results also revealed that the dominant thinking style was legislative style which occupied the first stage, followed by the liberal style. In addition, the results showed that the arithmetic mean of the sample's members on the total happiness scale was medium while there were no differences between think8ing styles and happiness due to sex.
