The research aims at: Firstly: building a training program according to educational and philosophy to develop assiduity and the positive thinking in the kindergarten of children. Secondly: The application of the training program and identify its impact on the development of perseverance and positive thinking in the kintergarten of children. Through Testing the fact of the following Hypothesis: Assiduity hypothesis: The is on statistical significant difference at the significant level of 0.05 between medium differences of degrees for the pre-test and post- test to the experimental group that has dealt with in the program and medium differences of degrees for the pre-test and post- test to the disciplinary group in the assiduity test. positive thinking hypothesis: The is on statistical significant difference at the significant level of between medium differences of degrees for the pre-test and post- test to the experimental group that has discussed in the program and medium differences of degrees to the pre-test and post- test to the disciplinary group in the positive thinking test. The research society is determind by using kintergarten children in kut city/easit province and the number of it has reached 3590 child AL-Zuhoor kintergarten has tested randomly to represent the research sample. The have distributed randomly into two groups: one is experimental 40 child and educational ant philosophy program is applied on them, and the other group is disciplinary 40 child that has studied in the normal way to guarrantee the external mid internal safety and both groups of research had awarded in the Ini lowing variables: (age, pre-test ,certificate of mother and father and the economical level). To measure the program impact in development of the assiduity and positive thinking, the research tools have built that contains the following: 1) Building Assiduity measurement which is the achieved test that consists of 21 points and have confirmed from the test stability and truth fullness. 2) Building positive thinking test that consists of 21 points or items and have confirmed from the assiduity and truth fullness. 3) Building a program that has 26 training session distributed on timely period reached five weeks and has applied the experiment on the experimental group children of 5 session weekly, the post-test has applied on both groups to measure the positive thinking and assiduity. Statistical Means: The (T-Test) has used to test two separate samples and the standardized deviation and Berson related factor and the accown ting medium and impact size function type (d) as a statistical means to treat the data, and the results are as follow: 1) there is statistical significant difference at the significant level 0.05 between medium difference of degrees of the pre- test and post -test of the experimental group that has discussed in the program and medium difference of degrees of the pre - test and post-test of the disciplinary group in the assiduity test. 2) There is statistical significant difference at the significant level 0.05 between medium difference of degrees of the pre- test and post -test of the group in the positive thinking test. Through these results, the researcher has reached many recommendations and conclusions as they are shown in the fourth chapter. Recommendation: 1) reconsideration on kindergarten Foundation through attention und care Bbnayatha and provide material supplies (games, library), being the age of the most important stage is the basis for the character building of the child. Proposals: 1) Conduct studies on the effectiveness of the educational philosophy of ants program with other variables. 2) Conduct longitudinal study of a sample current research that applied to them the training program to learn the effectiveness of the training program. 3) Conduct a study on the economic and cultural deprivation and its relationship with perseverance and positive thinking.
