The current research aims to know: 1) psychological distress among students orphans in the middle stage. 2) Statistical significance of differences in psychological distress variable depending on the type. 3) Social isolation among students orphans intermediate stage. 4) Statistical significance of differences in social isolation, depending on the variable type. 5) Relationship between psychological distress and social isolation among students orphans in the middle stage. The study sample consisted of 400 male and female students of orphans in the middle stage and the rate of 200 and students (200 students), were selected in the manner intentionality. To achieve the goals of research has been building a tool to measure psychological distress, and the scale of the 24 paragraph has been verified objective tool through honesty and sincerity of the virtual building, and stood reliability coefficient tool 0.83. Tool of social isolation researcher has built a device for measuring social isolation, and the scale of the 24 items were verified objective tool through honesty and sincerity of the virtual building and stood reliability coefficient 0.84. And using (the percentage, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and samples t-test for one sample, and samples t-test for two independent samples), as a means of statistical. Was reached the following results: 1) has an orphan students in middle school level of psychological distress. 2) No statistically significant differences in psychological distress variable depending on the type and in favor of males 3) orphans exist among students in middle school social isolation. 4) No statistically significant differences in social isolation variable depending on the type and in favor of males. 5) There is a positive correlation between psychological distress and social isolation.
