معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس
This study aimed to identify the obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in Imam Mohmmad Bin Saud Islamic University, and the effect on the responses of some kind study variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire is prepared that consist of 43 items, applied to 92 faculty members. The study results showed that the barriers to the application of TQM at the University of Imam were moderate, and showed that the most significant obstacles are: overcrowded parking cars, inadequate of faculty members students ratio, and overcrowded classrooms. Regarding the study variables, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of respondents on variable university of graduate faculty member in favor of local and foreign universities, and nationality faculty members in favor of Saudis members. While there were no significant differences in each stage of going through the section in obtaining academic accreditation and rank faculty member. (Published abstract)
