هجرة العقول : دراسة تحليلية لهجرة أساتذة الجامعات السودانية إلى الخارج في الفترة 2008 - 2014
This study approached the immigration of Sudanese Professors and the study was inspired from the fact that mind immigration hose the greatest impute on the country. The important of this study lies that it discuses (Brain drain) that became a dilemma in all developing countries especially Sudan, due to the quantities nature of the problem as all Sudanese professors’ aim to migrate. The aim of the study is to address the issues that causes immigration and the impact it has as the economic and social development especially in the sector of the university level education. The study was done by means of questionnaires that was statistically analyzed the study was conducted using simple random sampling technique in Sudanese universities and after the analysis the study concluded that the main driving force for immigration is the financial and economic needs and responsibilities of the Sudanese professors and the decreased value and productivity of the scientific research in Sudan in comparison to foreign countries. The brain drain is usually selective in nature and usually selects those who have unique skills and outstanding performance and experience, reflecting a dramatic loss to the country. The study recommended that the paying system should be radically improved with proper consideration to the level of each job post and implementing system that are used in foreign countries and recommended the encouragement of reverse immigration and the financial support and the scientific respect and admiration to the Sudanese expert and forming a medium of mutual understanding between nation and workers that may cause peace and stability in the Sudanese professors.
