Application of administrative measures (Planning Organization, Supervision & inspection) at the Basic Schools in Western Darfour. This study aims to find out, whether the managers for Basic Schools in Western Darfour apply the administrative measures such as planning, supervision, organization and inspection procedures or not. The main hypothesis for this study is to which extent do the managers for the Basic Schools in Western Darfour apply the managerial policy in their occupations, as headmasters? The researcher uses the descriptive approach to answers the hypothesis for the study, and an interview for data collection. The population for the study includes 357 Basic School managers. The researcher chooses an intentional sample of managers from Aljinaina and Beida Localities 105 per each, conducts the study upon them and reaches the following outcomes: 1) The managers for the Basic Schools in the Western Darfour Sate use the administrative measures to some extent or moderately. 2) There are some obstacles which hinder the managers from applying the administrative measures for instance: analyzing the reasons for the drawbacks, supervision awareness, absence of incentive and development of the experience. 3) The managers for Basic School in Western Darfour State are poorly acquainted with administrative measures inside their schools.
