The study aimed to find out the role of educational and school administrations in the success of Education plans in high school of Gedaref State from the standpoint of directors of schools and officials of education, and to achieve this objective, the study used the descriptive method and the study used the questionnaire as a key tool, including the study population all school principals secondary school in Gedaref State for a number of 110 directors of schools (Mr./ Mrs) and all the officials of the Education totaling 65 (Mr./ Mrs), study sample consisted of a number of 102 were examined, the number of directors of schools were 62 and the number of officials of education 40, SPSS software was used to calculate percentages and standard deviations, as study found the most important the following results: planning works in educational administration to identify the needs of the state of human resources and training needs of professional workers in order to meet them, and work organization in educational administration to work with the administrative units competent ministry coordination, educational administration not envisages justice in the distribution of Education budget on aspects of exchange and guidance in educational administration emphasizes teamwork, but it omits the involvement of workers in decision-making, planning and showed that the school administration does not care to prepare programs for public relations in order to link the school to the local community, it does not bother with al cultural lectures offered by specialists from community leaders, implementation in school administration helps accountability of not care workers, while neglecting school administration composition of cultural libraries belong to the students to spread cultural awareness in school, guidance in the school administration works to encourage students to participate in various school activities, and neglecting school administration attention to the morale of teachers and link the school to the local community in order to achieve purposes of the educational process. Based on the results of the study it was the most important recommendations work to raise education budgets and work to be distributed according to priorities, and attention to the morale of teachers and work to solve their problems, and the need to configure the offices of education in different localities of the mandate.
