Objective of study: This study aimed to check the effectiveness of counseling program to raise the level of sychology empowerment to Female-headed house hold for mentally disabled child and its impact in life quality. Sample of the study: The the study consisted of: 1) 10 children mentally disabled form 9 to 12 year. 2) 10 mothers of mentally disabled child form 30 to 40 year. Instruments of Study: The researcher used these tools in his study: 1) the proposed counseling Program. (Prepared by the researcher). 2) Psychology empowerment to Female-headed house hold for mentally disabled child scale (Prepared by the AlaaKafafi & Amal Mansi El-Nemer). 3) Quality of life scale (Prepared by the Researcher). Results of study: There are Positive effectiveness of counseling program to raise the level of psychology empowerment to Female-headed house hold for mentally disabled child and its impact in life quality.
