Problem: Is there a relationship between treatment methods for nursery teacher and achievement motivation for nursery children?. Aim: Detection of the relation between the methods followed by the Preschool teacher and achievement motivation for nursery children in the age 3- 4 years. Terminology: Nursery Teacher: She who was prepared educationally and practically to embrace the child and Socialization him in kindergarten and seeks to achieve the educational goals required by the curriculum taking into account characteristics age for that phase. Nursery Child he is a child enrolled in nursery in the age group 2- 4 year. Teacher treatment: There are methods of teacher with nursery children through various positions. Achievement motivation: When a child gets a lot of degrees in academic achievement standard that is used in the study. Nursery: It is a social educational institutions for children in the age group of 2 to 4 years which is preceding stage kindergartens. Method: Descriptive approach. Sample: The sample consists of 20 boy and girl. Age group: (3- 4) years. Tools: The achievement behavior for nursery child, prepared by researcher. Form of determining the level of cultural and social teacher, prepared by researcher. Treatment methods form nursery teacher, prepared by researcher. Results: There are differences between the positive methods from nursery teacher and achievement motivation of a nursery child of both sexes. There are differences between the negative methods from nursery teacher and achievement motivation of a nursery child of both sexes. There are ao differences between boys and girls in the achievement behavior. There are differences between the average children study sample on the activities of the achievement behavior depending on method teacher. (Published abstract)
