Problem of this study: The study identified a problem in the following main question: What is are the educational values contained in the English language courses of the year school secondary, Saudi Arabia? The main question divided in the following sub-questions: 1) What are the Islamic moral values? What is the role of education to develop them? 2) What are the values contained in the English language course of the secondary school? 3) What are the moral values those must be included in the English language of the third year secondary school courses. Objectives of the study: This study aimed to determine the following: 1) Identifying the Islamic moral values, and the role of education in development. 2) Identifying the values contained in English language course for the third year secondary school. 3) Proposing vision of what should be included in the English language for the third year secondary school course. The researcher used the descriptive method which is based on (content analysis) Content Analysis and the sample included all subjects of reading and conversation in the student book for the third year secondary school under the title (Reading) and (conversation only), without the content of the exercises, and introductions, photographs, and indexes, as well as the rules, and listen, because the texts reading and conversation include as much of the values contained in English language of the third year secondary school course. 1) Content analysis of the first book has shown that the environmental values came in the first position with 25.7% out of 100%, followed by the economic values by 18.3% and scientific by 17.1%, social, religious health, values, and cultural values ranged from 3.7% to 8.5%. 2) Content analysis of the whole average of the second English book showed the national, religious, scientific and educational values received average of percentage ranging between 18.2% to 10.6% only. The most important recommendations of the study: 1) The concerning authorities publishing, books, should redistribute the other different values equally over the course units in the both books. 2) Need to make more attention to increase the availability of Islamic values, and to develop the moral values among high school students. 3) The authors of the new books in Saudi Arabia need to emerge the English books of the third year secondary school, greater religious and national values, scientific and social values.
