Objectives of the study: 1) Identifying the degree of ownership of the educational supervisor skills (planning, implementation, evaluation) that help in the success of the training program. 2) Identify the elements of the success of the educational supervisor in the application of effective training in the implementation of the training program. 3) Identify the obstacles that impede the educational supervisor in the implementation of the training program. 4) Identify the extent of whether there were significant differences in the responses of the sample due to (work experience in education, training courses). Method of the study: the use of the descriptive survey methodology. Population of the study: The study population included the managers and teachers of general education schools in Jeddah by 50 Director - 150 primary school teachers. Sample study: The study sample included managers, agents and primary school teachers. Tool of the study: identification of four axes included 55 items about these axes. Statistical process: Study to analyze the evidence, the arithmetic mean is used, standard deviations, and Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient, and correlation analysis (Pearson coefficient). Results of the study: 1) The response of the study sample on the first axis at average ranged 2.79-3.53. 2) The response of the study sample on the second axis at average ranged 2.97- 3.64. 3) The response of the study sample on the firstthird axis at average ranged 2.58- 2.94. 4) The response of the study sample on the fourth axis at average ranged 2.93- 3.22. Recommendations: 1) Identifying (goals and methods, Modoatoualemkan and time) appropriate for the implementation of training programs. The need to involve trainees in the development of plans for training programs, work to be characterized by gravity training materials and coherence and sequence, the necessity of having the educational supervisor skills needed to implement effective training programs, The need to acquire educational supervisor for a set of attributes and qualities qualify him to lead the training program effectively and efficiently, the importance of evaluating training programs on an ongoing basis and tracking.
