Study goals: 1) Getting knowledge of Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ childhood and affecting factors in the development of his thoughts. 2) Disclosing Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ religious, social, political and economic thinking features. 3) Disclosing Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ educational thinking features. Study Methodology: Historical method and descriptive method . Study Chapters: It is comprised of the following chapters. 1) First chapter: general frame work of study. 2) Second chapter: it includes two sections that are life of Mustafa AL-Sebayi and factors affecting his thought. 3) Chapter three: it is comprised of four sections as following: first is the features of Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ religious thinking, second is the features of Mustafa AL-Sebayi' political thinking, third is the features of Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ social thinking and last one is the features of Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ economic thinking. 4) Chapter four: it is comprised of four sections as following: first is educational thinking development before Mustafa AL-Sebayi, Second is the features of Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ educational thinking, third section is some of his educational perspectives, and last section is Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ educational methods. 5) Chapter five: general results, recommendations and suggestions. Conclusions of the study: a) Mustafa AL-Sebayi calls to depend on Holy Quran and Sunna, due to the fact they are the fundamental sources for Islamic education. b) Mustafa AL-Sebayi's morals are lofty, most importantly, patience, endurance, persistence. By the way, these features have highly positive influences on Sebayi’s call for science. c) Mustafa AL-Sebayi has been brought up in a friendly environment for science, and this was the main motivation of him for calling science and knowledge. Moreover, Allah has granted him a solid memory and fully fledged intelligence. Thus, he has been ranked one of the scientists and scholars in early age. d) Mustafa AL-Sebayi’s Educational principles count on achieving its goals of loyalty and translating science into action. Recommendations of the study: 1) Necessity of getting back to voluminous Islamic thinking heritage and searching in that heritage and in Islamic educators and scholars life. This will enrich the educational thinking. 2) Continuing research in Mustafa AL-Sebayi’ behavioral education field. (Author’s abstract)
