This study aimed to know the availability of learning technologies in the primary schools of memorization of the Holy Quran in Makkah Al-Mukarammah, and to know the obstacles which can prevent using these technologies in these schools. I followed the descriptive survey study method, the researcher designed study tool which is a questionnaire, and it has been verified of its authentication and stability. Data have been collected through 26 Islamic education supervisors and 126 Islamic education teachers in the primary schools of memorization he Holy Quran, these data have been processed statistically; a group of statistics tests were used. The following results have been reached: 1) There are no statistical function differences between means of study community responses as per nature of the work, about using learning technologies to teach the 2) There are no statistical function differences between means of study community responses as per nature of work, about the obstacles of using learning technologies. 3) There are statistical function differences between means of study community responses as per the qualifications, about the availability of learning technologies to teach the Holy Quran, differences were in favor of higher studies. 4) There are statistical function differences between means of study community responses as per the qualifications, about obstacles of using learning technologies which they were in favor of Bachelor degree. 5) There are no statistical function differences between means of community study responses as per years of experiences, about availability and obstacles of using learning technologies to teach the Holy Quran.
