الحرية الأكاديمية وعلاقتها بمهارات الإتصال وإتخاذ القرارات لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا في كليات التربية بالجامعات السعودية
Targets of the study: the study aims to estimate the reality of high educations students and how they perform the academic freedom and its association with their earned communication skills and decisions making. The study curriculum: the researcher uses the descriptive statistic curriculum. The culture (society) and the sample of the study: The society of the study was made all students of the two genders of high educational studies (Master, PHD) in the Education colleges of the following Saudi universities (Um AlQura, King Saud, Taiba), they were 3423 student, and according to the difficulty of applying the study upon all the society members, a random sample was taken with a percentage of 10, except from Taiba university where all the students were participating due to the small number of them there. The sample was made of 371 students. The study tool: the researcher used an interviewing sheet contained 77 states which was distributed upon 3 major points [the Academic freedom (39 states), communication skills (19 states), skills of making decisions (19 states)]. The used statistic methods: The statistic processing of the study data was made by (spss) according to the following methods: mathematical averages, standard curves, Cronbach Alpha Element, Lebirson Bonding Element, the individual contrasting analysis and T-Test. The most important results of the study: The study obtained a lot of results but mostly important were: 1) That the students of high education in Saudi Universities are practicing freedom in a medium level. 2) The students of high education studies have a high level communication skills, and medium level of decision making skills. 3) There are remarkable differences shown by statistics that the communication skills earned by students of high education studies in the Saudi Universities is on the evident level 0.05=α, according to the two factors (gender and degree) to the males side, and the PHD students. 4) There are remarkable differences shown by statistics that the decision making skills earned by students of high education studies in the Saudi Universities is on the evident level 0.05=α, according to the two factors (gender and degree) to the males side, and the PHD students. 5) There is a relationship shown by statics on the evident level of 0.05=α between the fact of students performing the academic freedom and the degree of earning the decision making skills. The high important recommendations of the study: 1) Developing the terms and systems of high education to obligate the universities to provide a much space of freedom to the high education students. 2) To issue rules that allow the formation of committees and student unions to elevate the recognition level of the academic freedom of the high education students and to work on protecting them which include punishing whoever intend to cross over their principles. 3) Experience exchange with the global universities to get the benefit of their experiments in the student academic freedom field.
