الإحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء المدخل التكاملي
The study aimed to: To now the training needs for Arabic language teachers in planning lessons in the last three grades of primary school; according the complementary direction, and to now the training needs for Arabic language teachers in implementation lessons in the last three grades of primary school; according the complementary approach, and to now the training needs for Arabic language teachers in evaluation lessons in the last three grades of primary school; according the complementary direction, and to now the differences in the responses of the study sample according occupation. To answer the questions of the study the researcher used the descriptive method, and she build a questionnaire according Theoretical framework for the study, and previous studies, and After making sure of the validity and reliability the questionnaire reached to the final form, and then started applying the study, on 215 Arabic language teacher in the last three grades of primary school, and 61 supervisor, in Mecca, Jeddah and Taif, and the researcher used averages, standard deviations, and Mann-Whitney U test to analyses the data. The results showed very high degree of training needs in planning, implementing and evaluating lessons for the Arabic language teachers in the last three grades of primary school; according complementary direction according the standpoint of teachers and supervisors, the study limit 11 training need in planning, and 33 training need in the implementation lesson, and 12 training in evaluation students, the study did not show differences in the responses of the study sample according occupation. Depending the study results the researcher recommended: its important to take attention for the training needs for Arabic teachers of in the last three grades of primary school, in the planning and implementation lesson and evaluate students, according the complementary direction. And design training courses and educational workshops, seminars, lectures and meetings for Arabic language supervisors; to increase there experience and knowledge to do their responsibilities in training teachers depending there needs which is showed in the current study. And to use the list or training needs which is showed in the current study. in the planning, implementation and evaluation skills for the Arabic language teachers to development the teaching of Arabic language. And review the programs of preparing Arabic language teacher; through the development processes and continuous evaluation, according the development curriculum and the current result.
