This research aims to diagnose and raise awareness of mothers with some healthy eating habits and its relationship to health food for kindergartner children, This research found that more dietary habits erroneous commonly practiced by the mother, and in her belief that these habits lead to food hygiene for her child, and in fact these habits lead to malnutrition, not to food hygiene: this was clear from the results of the survey conducted by the researchers. These habits has been rated to several axes, namely: reducing the intake of the child snacks, reduce eating carbohydrates, encourage the child to eat vegetables, do not use food as a reward for the child, continue to eat breakfast permanently, not eating in front of T.V., diversification of baby food. The researchers used a scale to estimate the level of mothers’ awareness with some healthy eating habits that lead to health food for her child. A training program was prepared to raise the mothers’ awareness of some dietary habits sound that lead to health food for kindergartner children, and this program has been applied to 60 mothers that have been selected from the sample diagnostic desiring in order to raise and improve her dietary habits. Topics program content has been designed proposed in the light of output scale awareness, before the application of the proposed training program, an evaluation from was applied and also after it to see if the event raised the mothers’ awareness of these healthy eating habits. The research found the effectiveness of the training program to raise mothers’ awareness with some dietary habits sound, which in turn lead to improve child health. The Current search recommends using the training program, and the importance of holding the sessions and awareness programs healthy for all mothers different educational levels (illiterate- level of education average- a high level of education), this would raise the level of their health; awareness then their children are not being exposed to malnutrition or deterioration in their health.
