Aim of the research to identify the impact of a training program proposal according to the theory of multiple intelligences to develop the skills of lesson planning and the trend towards teaching the parameters Geography high school in Jeddah, and for that researcher prepared a training program based on the theory of multiple intelligences was selected content knowledge to him of the decision of sociology decision students of secondary education (joint program), was presented to a group of arbitrators and modified in the light of this, and to measure the impact the researcher apply the research tools (card calendar planning lessons according to the theory of multiple intelligences and scale direction) before starting the implementation of the program on the research sample, consisting of parameters Geography who studying high school in Jeddah, non of the 30 parameter, and then re-apply the tools after the completion of the program, and demonstrated the results of statistical analysis of the existence of differences are statistically significant at the level of < 0.01 between middle-level teachers of Geography in the secondary stage in Jeddah before the application of the training program and later in the skills of lesson planning and the trend towards teaching, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed program.
