The research aims to knowing the principles that form the basis of Internationalization the universal education activities, clarifying the justifications of the universal education institutions for Internationalization their activities and services, identifying the requirements of Internationalization the universal education activities, clarifying the Arabian universal scene against the universal education globalization, identifying the obstacles that face the globalization of the Arabian universal education, and forming a proposed conception for creating an Arabian universal association in the light of the and requirements of education Internationalization. The research has reached a conception of a proposal of creating the Arabian universal education association resembling the global universal associations in a way that assures this association a competitive feature in providing educational services with high quality, which in turn, enable the proposed association to compete and stand out in the global market, and also provide the ability to attract large numbers of students, faculty members, and researchers in both regional and global levels in the light of the challenges and requirements of Internationalization the universal education. The research as suggested creating an Arabian universal association as a model for all Arabian countries. The closest model to the formation of this association is the GCC model. It is possible to start with selecting two universities from each GCC country. The total will be 12 universities. These twelve universities are to be selected by and independent committee created especially for this purpose. The selection is to be based on objective scientific criteria. (Published abstract)
