This study aimed to identify the level of owning students of Princess Alia University College of Skills beyond meta-cognitive thinking, to achieve the objectives of the study were selected 200 female students from the Faculty of Princess Alia intentionally randomly, the researcher also used the measure of thinking skills beyond meta-cognitive thinking in three areas (planning, monitoring, evaluation). The scale consists of the 36 paragraphs validity and reliability of the scale was tested. The researcher used averages and standard deviations and variance analysis to extract results, the results of the study indicated that the level of ownership Princess Alia University Students to Skills beyond meta-cognitive thinking came at a rate 2.64 and moderately and there were no statistically significant differences α=0.05 in the level of beyond meta-cognitive thinking due to the Academic year.
