The study aimed to identify degree of practice of Information Management and Its Relationship to the effectiveness of educational decisions for Schools principals in farwaniya governorate in Kuwait. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive method was used by developing a questionnaire distributed to (326) Al-Farwaniya Governorate. The study found that the degree of practicing principals to manage information from teacher's persipictives was medium and found that there were statistically significant differences in teacher's persipictives to manage information according to gender at all fields except the field of ​​the speed of decision-making. It also found that there are no statistically significant differences according to the variables of scientific qualification, experience and educational stage. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of educational decisions from teacher's perspectives is high. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences for teachers' responses on the level of effectiveness of educational decisions according to gender variable in all fields except participation in decision-making. The results showed that there is no statistically significant difference in the responses of teachers on the level of effectiveness of educational decisions according to the variables of academic qualification, experience and educational stage, and found a correlation between the degree of information management practice and the effectiveness of educational decisions for the managers of Farwaniya Governorate schools in Kuwait. Based on the results, the study recommended providing an atmosphere and a climate suitable for managers to enhance the application of decision-making, by reviewing the system of training programs provided to them to provide them with sufficient experience in the decision-making process, follow up recent developments in information management, of the nature of the work of school principals.
