The current research targets how effective to apply the flipped learning via blackboard system in developing the academic achievement going towards the flipped learning for the sixth level of kindergarten department students - Al Jouf University, faculty of education Saudi Arabia. The research questions were how effective to use of flipped learning via blackboard system in developing the academic achievement going towards the flipped learning for the sixth level of kindergarten department students Al Jouf University, faculty of education, so the semi-experimental approach was used and the research tools were on achievement test to measure the cognitive side in the course of introduction by using the flipped learning via blackboard system and measuring the trend towards the flipped learning which was prepared by (Aohood Saleh Ibrahim al Deribi, 2016); research tools has been applied to the research sample which amounted 50 student from the sixth level students of the kindergarten department. The results showed the effectiveness of using the flipped learning via blackboard system in developing the academic achievement for the sixth level students of kindergarten department - Al Jouf University, faculty of education. Using the flipped learning helped in developing the trend towards the flipped learning of the research sample. In the light of the results, some recommendations and suggestions were written.
