The aim of this research to identify the impact of suggested program in the history of scientists using model Thelen and strategy of role-playing in the definition of scientists and estimation their efforts and development of achievement motivation to students of the faculty of education in Sohag. Therefore researcher prepared a program in the history of scientists using Thelen model and strategy role-playing games, definition scientists test, and the measure of estimate scientists efforts, and the measure of achievement motivation, and has been the application of pre tools evaluation, followed by the search experience, then post application of evaluation tools and access to various data for statistical processing of the results. It came search results: there are significant differences between the mean scores of two the experimental groups in two pre and post applications for scientists definition test, and the measure of estimate scientists efforts, and the measure of achievement motivation, in favor of the post application, and calculates the size of the effect turns out the big impact for the suggested program in the dependent variables, as it turns out outweigh.
