دور ممارسة المسؤولية الإجتماعية في تحقيق التكاتف الأكاديمي بالجامعات : حالة جامعة جازان
This study explores the role of practicing social responsibility in achieving academic solidarity in universities by identifying the level of practice of this kind of responsibility by the heads of the academic departments of Jazan University within their respective departments from the perspective of the faculty staff, and also to examine the impact of the variables in it. A 39-item questionnaire was prepared and divided into three areas and then applied to a sample of 259 members. The results revealed that the level of practicing social responsibility to achieve academic solidarity among the head of academic departments was high. The results also indicated significant differences between the averages of these estimates attributable to university teaching experience for both the (6-10 years) group, and (more than 10 years) group. The results also showed no significant differences attributable to the type of college or to academic rank. (Published abstract)
