تطور الحكم الجمالي لدى الأطفال وعلاقته بمستوى تعليم الوالدين
The current research aims at identifying: 1) Aesthetic Judgment among children from 4- 12 years old. 2) Differences significance of Aesthetic Judgment in accordance with variables: a) age (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) years. b) Gender (males– females). 3) Correlation between of Aesthetic Judgment among children and Parents Educational Level. The current research sample includes 360 children (in nurseries and elementany schools in Baghdad at ages (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) years, about 40 children (males– females) for each chronological age category. The researcher has adopted Parsons theory 1978. She used an instrument to measure Aesthetic Judgment resembles Taylor& Helmstater design for dual comparisons concern Aesthetic Judgment among American environment children, after changing photos in order to adjust Iraqi environment, the sale consists of 31 pairs of photos. The psychometric characteristics have been computed, face validity, reliability by Cronbachs alpha which is about 0.85 and, reliability by test-retest which is about 0,82. The research researcher the following results: 1) The children of current research enjoy by virtue of aesthetic high. 2) Results indicated the presence of an evolutionary path of progress for the aesthetic judgment in children, starting from the age of 4 years. 3) There are four stages of the evolution of aesthetic judgment in children. 4) There is no statistically significant difference between gender (male- female). 5) The results showed the existence of correlation between the aesthetic judgment and variable life. 6) The lack of correlation between the aesthetic judgment, sex and education level of the parents. In the light of research results the researcher has presented recommendations and suggestions. (Author’s abstract)
