The current research aims to propose a list (search tool) scientific and environmental values that should be included in the books of chemistry average phase in Iraq. And disclosure of availability, and the level of sequencing and integration in the books of chemistry. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared the analysis of scientific and environmental values follow the descriptive approach tool, extraction tool sincerity and persistence, and researcher adopted so as follows: 1) Proposing a list of scientific and environmental values that included: A) 10 ten scientific values that must be met in the books of chemistry average phase, namely, (estimate greatness of the Creator, the love of scientific poll, and the ethics of science, objectivity, and wait in sentencing, scientific integrity, faith and scientific thinking, appreciation of science and appreciation of scientists, science as the way). B) 6 environmental values, which must be met in the books of chemistry average phase, a (natural resource protection, and preservation of the environment from pollution, and hygiene and public health, and aesthetic values, and natural diversity, environmental and desertification). 2) Were presented analysis tool (the list of scientific and environmental terms) to a group of experts and specialists in the field of teaching science, psychology, and the competence of chemistry and a number of administrators jurisdiction and teachers of chemistry, to meet the requirements of honesty tool and make sure the virtual sincerity, with the agreement reached 80%. 3) The researcher analyzed wrote Chemistry average phase, and adopted the idea explicit unit of analysis, and the results showed the use of frequencies and percentages, that the total iterations 858 scientific values, spread over ten scientific values of 38 category of analysis Sub (manifestations of behavioral) each book (I, II, III) average, and the disclosure that the third book of the average most interested in the scientific values that are interested scientific article to get the proportion 40.3%, while the second book of the average 34.3%, while the first average 25 0.4%. 4) Analysis wrote Chemistry middle of the stage, according to environmental values, found that the total iterations 407 were distributed on six environmental values of 32 class of categories of analysis (behavioral manifestations) for each book. In light of the search results researcher put a number of recommendations, namely: 1) The need to include books chemistry phase average of verses from the Koran with scientific significance reflect the ability of the greatness of the Creator Almighty, and their relationship to what material contained in chemistry. The researcher also suggested the following: 1) Include wrote Chemistry middle school science content leads to strengthen the scientific and environmental values and show in the behavior of students.
