The childhood stage is considered one of the most important stages in which the child passes in. At this stage, the main features of his personality are determined as he gains a lot of skills and experiences that are regarded as the main basis of his next coming life.The child in kindergarten is gaining a lot of concepts, information and skills in order to meet all his own needs, inclinations and his personal interests, as well, in addition to build his character through his gaining of daily experiences inside and outside home or through interaction with his peers or with adults around himHearing loss or any other problems in the sense of hearing leads to the emergence of a variety of complex problems and simple as a result of the imbalance in this significant Sense of the child during this stage. Therefore, any neglecting to supply appropriate educational services, and, the early detection of hearing disability and leaving to the coincidences may lead to lose the suitable opportunities to assist children since the early stages so as to decrease the emotional sensitivity which are resulting from deficiencies or imbalances in the sense of hearing in children: The aim of the current research as below: -Recognize the effects of differential reinforcement of the contrary behavior for the purpose of reducing the emotional sensitivity for the hearing impaired children from deficiencies or imbalance shearing through the validation of the following assumptions: 1) There are no statistically significant differences in pretest and posttest scores differences to measure the emotional sensitivity of the experimental group. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in pretest and posttest scores differences to measure the emotional sensitivity of the controlled group. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in test scores between the posttest and the posttest of control group. Research is concentrated onthe handicapped hearing children ofmedium obstruction of age 4, 6 years for the academic year (2013-2014) in the Ministry ofLabour and Social Affairs institutes in the city of Baghdad for both genders (male female). For achieving the objectives of this research, the researcher has prepared a scale for emotional sensitivity according to the scientific steps in order to build psychological scales, while the number of items were 36, items; the scale was characterize with reliability and Validity. Researcher has depended on using statistical methods such as (t-test) and the Pearson correlation coefficient equation Alpha Krhnbach and test Mann-Whitney an Wlcoxn test for the purpose of achieving the objectives of research. the researcher has built a training program to reduce emotional sensitivity for children disabled hearing, and, the number of sessions were 18 sessions of 3 sessions per week, she has adopted a an experimental approach in the design of the two groups (experimental and control) according to the intentionality method.The results of the research have indicated to the effectiveness of the program which is used to reduce the emotional for those children for the sake of the experimental group, and have significantly contributed to the reduction of the emotional sensitivity, while no statistically significant change has been happened in emotional sensitivity for the level of the control group. The researcher considers reduction in the level of emotional sensitivity for the children of the experimental group to the experimental group of the program and contributing in lowering the response in accordance to the point of view of the researcher herself which is concentrated on the desire of the children of the experimental group and the motivation to get boosters This is consistent with what was mentioned to in Skinner' theory.
