The problem of this study lies in addressing the problem of how to achieve effectiveness of competences because, due to its importance in briding the gap between technical education outputs -on the one hand- and meet the requirements of the labor market -on the other hand -the problem was drafted in the following question: What is level of effectiveness of the technical adequacy of education output .in meeting the requirements of the labor market in Yemen? The researcher branched this question into several questions depending on the following hypothesis: The first: clear objectives for technical education in Yemen, clear and respond to the requirements of the labor market from the perspective of labor owners in the public and privative sectors. The second: the promotion of technical education output in Yemen to meet the requirements of the labor market, which are now considered modest from the stand point of the labor owners in the public and private sectors. The third: the private scctor contributes to developing technical education in an average level from the standpoint of labor owners in the public and private sector. The fourth: fit technical institute’s outputs, are competent with labor market needs in an average level from the standpoint of the labor owners in the public and private sectors. The researcher adopted the following two mcthodologies: The descriptive survey and analytical methodologies. Also were collected data and information via the questionnaire, and have been processed using a statistical program (SPSS). The research reached to the following findings: 1) the level of a appropriate technical institutes outputs, to the need of labor market are medium from the perspective of businessmen in the public and private sectors, this standard came in the first place, as in the arithmetic avcrage 2.14. 2) Level of success of the technical education outputs in meeting the requirements of the labor market is considered modest from the standpoint of labor owners in the public and private sectors where the mean was second with 2.4. 3) The effectiveness of the technical adequacy of the education output meet the requirements of the labor market in general, has reached arithmetic average of the third place 2.01. 4) There are clear objectives for technical education in Yemen, which respond to the requirements of the labor market from perspective of the labor owners in the public and private sectors where this standard got the fourth place by 1.94. The researcher at the summary of this study provided several recommendations, including: 1) researcher recommends providing a website that contains all the data and statistics needed for the outputs of technical education and through various media, governmental or private to make the sector able to cover its needs. 2) To update the contents of education and training curricula and to link it to the labor market. 3) To conduct studies, research and work on the analysis of result and challenges facing difficulties of technical education and the labor market. 4) To take advantage of the successful experiences of global technical education output to meet the labor market.
