The ultimate goal of the administration is reaching the leadership administrative educational to the case of integration with the increasing pace of life ,the evolution of technology, so you should shed light on the ethics of administrative work for school administrators to contribute to the development of awareness, demonstrate adherence to Palmaris moral being leaders, educators are expected to accomplish education together, so that the first Conference recommendations indicated intellectual education held by the Ministry of Education dated 03.15.2010which emphasis on conducting research and studies conformable to the ethics of administrative work on studies, researches which argue morels of administrative work to keep pacewith the era of progress and development of practical.The importance of researchThe work ethic, managing director of the high school is a model was sew by teachers, students, and remain in there memory even past graduate when they began take mean characters .these ethics are not reflected just on the students, but it mean the standard of civilization of nations and peoples, reflect on the communities during education process ,indicters the life level, social promotion. The director of the school starts in the exercise through educational insights based on scientific fact, moral emanating from the experiences of the previous community because of all the educational processes in schools is designed to create a good citizen believes in the values, ethics was embodied in the school principal and approved by the society using the proper perspective. The research aim to: 1) illustration the morals of administrative work which archives by secondary schools directors in Baghdad – Al Ressafa by knowing assistants views. 2) explorer the administrative morals differences- which haveStatistical meninges – through secondary schools in Bagdad –Al Rssafa by using two variables:- a- sex(male,female ) b-work duration (5-10) year to 11 year or more. Borders search The search object is the secondary school assistants in Baghdad –Al Rssafa – the term 2013-2014. To achieve the aims of research we used the analytical description method when we analyses the research chapters. The research community include 245 secondary school assistants in Baghdad separate to 84 assistants from AL RssafeALola Directorate of Education, 148 assistants from AL R ssafa al thanya Directorate of Education, 13 assistants from AL Rssafa al thaltha ,and we choice Random sample layer include 170 assistants consisting proportion 69% from research community. the sample also separated to 59 assistants from RssafeALola Directorate of Education, 102 assistants from AL R ssafa al thanya Directorate of Education and 8 assistants from AL Rssafa al thaltha.also we used A questionnaire form to measure the Administrative work ethic which the director of secondary schools have. spicily in Baghdad-Al Rssafa .the questionnaire form consists four respects (the director Relationship with teachers, the director Relationship with students, the director Relationship with local community, the director Relationship with traditional,law career ).the statistical analysis of the vertebrae through the expense of discriminatory power of the vertebrae and the relationship between the total degree and the paragraph mainly relationship paragraph field, was confirmed and ratified the instrument stability and Statistical bag(spss) adopted. The following statistical methods used: 1) t-test for two independent samples. 2) t-test for one sample. 3) Pearson correlation coefficient. 4) equation Alvakronbach. Research results: 1) the directors of secondary schools in Bagdad-AL Rssafa- have a good morals work level recording to assistants. 2) there aren’t any Statistical Differences between secondary schools directors when we use the sex as indicator. 3) there are some statistical Differences according work period showing the period 10years or more have a good results than the period less than 10 years. Conclusions: 1) the directors of secondary schools in Bagdad-AL Rssafa- have a good morals work level recording to assistants. 2) there aren’t any Statistical Differences between secondary schools directors when we use the sex as indicator. 3) there are some statistical Differences according work period showing the period 10years or more have a good results than the period less than 10 years.
