The purpose of this study is to investigate the cheating phenomenon from teachers’ and students’ perspectives within the educational district in the city of Ramtha. The quantitative approach was a questionnaire built by the researcher that consisted of (47) items. Randomly selected (300) teachers and students. The study findings revealed the diffusion reasons was (3.33), from the teachers› perspectives of the diffusion reasons was (3.31) from the students’ perspectives. Differences are in favor of teachers in terms of the reasons related to the students as well as to the local community. There were statistical differences in favor of students for reasons related to teachers, and reasons related to curricula and school administration. (Published Abstract)
