Aims of the study: It aims to identify the prevalence of some educational problems with secondary schools’ students, and also to identify their most important reasons. Methodology of the study: The researcher used the descriptive method. Furthermore, he prepared a questionnaire that have been applied on the study community, whose numbers are 85 student advisor in the public and private schools at Lieth governorate. Chapters of the Study: The study has five chapters: The first chapter is the preface, and it has introduction, problem of the study, questions of the study, aims of the study, its importance, limits of the study, concepts of the study and the previous studies. The second is about characteristics and nature of Adolescence and secondary level. The third deals with the educational problems (educational-moral-social) Fourth: Procedures of field study The fifth is about the study results. The Most Important Results of the Study: 1) The most common educational problems in terms of educational aspect are the group absence of students before final examination of the term with arithmetic mean of 4.17, and high evaluation degree. 2) The most common educational problems in terms of moral aspect are the misuse of modern technology tools (Internet- Mobile) with arithmetic mean of 3.67, and high evaluation degree. 3) The most common educational problems in terms of social aspect are lack of investing spare time, with arithmetic mean of 3.8, and high evaluation degree. 4) Student’s lack of keenness is one of the most important reasons of weak motivation to learn, with arithmetic mean of 3.8, and high evaluation degree. 5) The student's feeling with the irrelevance of going to school during that period is one of the most important reasons of students’ group absence before examinations, with arithmetic mean of 4.1, and high evaluation degree. 6) Bad friends are one of the most important reasons for the problem of misuse of modern technology, with arithmetic mean of 4.2, and very high evaluation degree. 7) The defect of family role in providing the student with information about the dimension of the problem is one of the main reasons for the problem of immoral behavioral harassment, with arithmetic mean of 4.3 and very high evaluation degree. 8) The weak role of family to follow up student is one of the main reasons for the problem of accompanying bad friends, with arithmetic mean of 4.1 and high evaluation degree. 9) The weakness of the student's awareness with time value is one of the main reasons for the problem of not investing time, with arithmetic mean of 4.3, and very high evaluation degree. Recommendations: 1) Caring with students who are suffering from educational problems, and to study their cases in order to know the reasons that led to this behavior and to determine treatment programs. 2) Develop and strengthen sense of value with science at students via forming the positive attitude towards school. 3) Ministry of Education should care with non-classroom activities in items of its practicing place, and its suitability with students and satisfying their needs.
