Objectives study: to identify the requirements of strategic planning in general education schools in Taif, as seen by Principals of those schools, to detect whether there were statistically significant differences between the mean responses to the same study, managers of public schools in Taif in scenario proposed for strategic planning in schools due to the variables (academic qualification, educational qualification, experience), to imagine a proposal to the requirements of strategic planning in general education schools in Taif. The used in the study methodology: A descriptive analytical method was used for describing and compiling data and information about the problem of the study. Population of the study: The study population consisted of all the directors of schools of general education Gmomci (sons of) secondary school in Taif for the academic year 1431/1432 AH. Study Tool: The questionnaire was used necessary to collect data for the purposes of the study, and included 57 items distributed on four dimensions main: the clarity of the concept of strategic planning for the school principal, school administration, the interest of director and school administration requirements of the application of strategic planning, management requirements of general education schools for the application of planning strategic requirements of the Standards analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the SWOT strategic plan and A personal interview. Statistical treatments: to analyze the study data, frequencies, percentages and relative weights was used in order to calculate averages of the responses of members of the study sample to the paragraphs of resolution as a whole, and calculate the average response for each dimension of the resolution separately, as well as to calculate the deviation standard, Pearson correlation coefficient Pearson Correlation to find a true internal consistency for identification, correlation coefficient Spearman Brown to determine the consistency of the questionnaire, using the method of retail midterm, the method of alpha Crombach - Test T.TEST and method of analyzing of variance One Way ANOVA in order to identify the extent of the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to each of the variables: academic qualification, qualified educational and experience. The study concluded that a set of results was the most important: That the arithmetic mean of the degree of support for school administrators on the requirements of strategic planning in general education schools in Taif was 86.75%, this indicates that the degree of support is very high. That the four dimensions got all of them on the weight of relative degree is very high, and this enhances the importance of learning the concept proposed for strategic planning in general education schools in Taif, Saudi Arabia, with the observation that we should focus on analyzing The (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats SWOT) in the plan strategy for the school where the rank of this dimension happened, and relatively recent compared to the previous areas. The agreement results with the hypotheses of the study is very much and the public perception of the proposed strategic planning schools of general education and not allocated to an academic qualification with, or a qualified educational Custom, or directed to a class of experienced limited years Certain and this makes the proposed scenario for the strategic planning of public schools has a strong, universal and effective stresses a the success of its application in general education schools in the Kingdom and assure f Saudi Arabia.
