يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع قائمة بكفايات تربية ورعاية الأطفال الرضع والفطم (من الميلاد وحتى الثالثة). وقد تم الاطلاع على أدبيات البحث، والدراسات السابقة، والتوصل إلى مجموعة من الكفايات، وتم عرض قائمة بها على مجموعة من المختصين في المجال، وتم تعديل القائمة من حيث وضوح العبارات في ضوء تعليقات المحكمين، وتم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية، وحساب المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، والأهمية النسبية لتلك الكفايات، وحصلت كلها على أهمية نسبية مرتفعة. وقد تمت مناقشة النتائج، وتقديم التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة. The objective of this research is to develop competencies list of Educating and caring for infants and toddlers (birth to three) .The researcher surveyed the literature and the previous studies to reach a set of competencies. The competencies’ list was presented to a group of specialists in the field, and the researcher modified the sentences to clarify them, in the light of comments of the specialists. The researcher conducted statistical treatment and calculated the arithmetic means and the standard deviation and the relative importance of competencies. All competencies got high importance. The researcher discussed the results, presented recommendations and proposals in the light of the results of the study. (Published Abstract)
