هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية عملية إنتاج المعرفة داخل كليات التربية، وإبراز أهمية الثقافة التنظيمية في إنتاج المعرفة داخل كليات التربية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة والتي طبقت على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كليات التربية تحتاج للمعرفة المتجددة في مباشرة عمليات اختيار وتصميم وإنتاج المعرفة من الأبحاث والخريجين والخدمات المجتمعية، أو تطوير وتحسين الموجود منها، وأن ثقافة المنظمة ومستوى أدائها لها تأثير كبير على فاعلية إنتاج المعرفة بكليات التربية كميزة تنافسية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني إدارة كليات التربية للثقافة الداعمة عن طريق تشجيع القرارات الجماعية ومنح استقلالية أكثر لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وإشعارهم بأهميتهم وغرس الثقة المتبادلة، وضرورة نشر ثقافة إنتاج المعرفة بين جميع منسوبي كليات التربية. The study aimed to identify what the process of knowledge production culture, identify the elements of organizational culture, and highlight the importance of organizational culture in the production of knowledge within the faculties of education. The study used the descriptive method. The study also used the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a random sample of faculty members in the faculties of education. The study indicates that the faculties of education need to have a renewed knowledge in the direct selection, design and production of products and services, or to develop and Improve existing ones, and that the culture of the organization has a great impact on the effectiveness of the colleges of education and its performance as a source of competitive advantage, the study recommended the adoption of necessity of administration faculties of education in support of culture by encouraging collective decisions and granting more autonomy to faculty members and make them feel their importance and instill mutual trust. Necessity of spreading the culture of knowledge production among all employees of colleges of education. (Published abstract)
