Most educational research and studies emphasized the importance and effectiveness of the flipped education strategy since its emergence in 2007, and therefore the study aimed to identify the extent of the effectiveness of the flipped education strategy in teaching the basics of mathematics to elementary school students from the point of view of subject teachers and to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used by applying a questionnaire to 110 teachers of mathematics for the elementary stage at Kuwait and the questionnaire consisted of 20 items on the effectiveness of the flipped education strategy in improving the level of motivation towards the subject, reducing students' anxiety and tension towards it, enhancing learning of mathematical concepts and symbols, enhancing the participation of parents, and allowing the opportunity to be the share of thinking and innovation. The study concluded that there is homogeneity between the sample views and a medium to high agreement about the effectiveness of using flipped learning in solving mathematics learning problems in the basic stage from the point of view of subject teachers, and the standard deviation and variance ratios indicate the homogeneity between the sample views regarding the effect of the flipped education strategy in reducing the level of Student tension, followed by its impact in protecting the student from the dangers of being distracted from the subject and distraction caused by the inability to understand the traditional method routine that relies on indoctrination and then its effect in protecting the student from the disruption of the relationship with the teacher or guardian as a result of the student’s inability to understand, comprehend and interact with abstract concepts and symbols. Then its impact on activating the role of positive parents in the learning process instead of the negative traditional role. (Published abstract)
