أصبح الاهتمام في الآونة الأخيرة بالتنظيم الذاتي للتعلم كمحور أساسي ومهم في عملية التعلم والتعليم لأهميته الكبيرة ودوره الفعال في تعليم الطلبة بطريقة تنظيم معارفهم والمعلومات التي يكتسبوها ذاتيا وتعزيز قوة الطلبة في حل المشكلات التي يواجهونها وهذه العمليات إذا ما تم تعلمها بطريقة صحيحة وإتقانها الطالب فأنها تصبح تلقائية وبمقدور الطالب استخدامها بصورة عفوية والاحتفاظ بها. ويهدف البحث إلى: 1) بناء وتقنين مقياس لتقييم التنظيم الذاتي للتعلم لدى طلبة كلية الصفوة الجامعة في محافظة كربلاء. 2) إيجاد معايير (درجات ومستويات) للمقياس المصمم. إما مشكلة البحث فقد لاحظ الباحث أن الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى ضعف القدرة على الأداء الجيد لدى الكثير الطلبة ليس بسبب انخفاض درجة الذكاء أو النقص في الجهد أو ضعف الميل للدراسة أو إنما بسبب انخفاض مستوى مهاراتهم في التنظيم الذاتي للتعلم. وتمثل مجتمع البحث وعينته بطلبة كلية الصفوة الجامعة في محافظة كربلاء والبالغ عددهم (62) طالبا أما عينة البحث فقد كانت (48) طالبا شكلت نسبة مئوية مقدارها (77.41%) من مجتمع البحث. واشتمل البحث على عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها. In recent times, interest in self-regulation of learning has become an essential and important axis in the learning and teaching process due to its great importance and its effective role in educating students in a way of organizing their knowledge and information that they gain self-enhance and strengthening students’ strength in solving the problems they face. The student can use it spontaneously and keep it. The research aims to: 1) Building and standardizing a scale to assess the self-regulation of learning among the students of Al-Safwa University College in Karbala Governorate. 2) Finding criteria (degrees and levels) for the designed scale. As for the research problem, the researcher noticed that the thing that leads to a weak ability to perform well in many students is not due to a low degree of intelligence, a lack of effort, or a weak tendency to study, or because of the low level of their skills in self-regulation of learning. The research community was represented by the students of Al-Safwa University College in Karbala, who numbered (62) students. The research sample was 48 students, which constituted a percentage of (77.41%) of the research community. The research included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results.
