هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية نحو الطلبة المعوقين في المرحلة الجامعية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) عضو هيئة تعليمية من كليات الآداب، والتربية، والصيدلة والشريعة بواقع (25) من كل كلية. جرى تصميم استبانة لتنسجم وأغراض الدراسة مكونة من البعد الاجتماعي - البعد الأكاديمي - البعد النفسي. حسبت دلالات الفرق وفق المتغيرات الآتية: اختصاص الكلية - الجنس - سنوات الخبرة. من أهم النتائج: 1) توجد فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية على استبانة الاتجاهات بالدرجة الكلية، وبأبعادها الفرعية وفق متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. 2) توجد فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية على استبانة الاتجاهات بالدرجة الكلية، وبأبعادها الفرعية وفق متغير سنوات الخبرة. في حين لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو الطلبة الجامعيين المعوقين وفق متغير اختصاص الكلية (نظرية تطبيقية) على البعدين الاجتماعي والاختصاص، والدرجة الكلية للاستبانة عند مستوى الدلالة الافتراضي (0.05) في حين توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو الطلبة الجامعيين المعوقين وفق متغير اختصاص الكلية (نظرية، تطبيقية) في البعد الأكاديمي عند مستوى الدلالة الافتراضي (0.05) لصالح الكليات التطبيقية. The study aimed to identify the attitudes of faculty members towards students with disabilities at the university level. The sample of the study consisted of (100) faculty members from the faculties of Arts, Education, Pharmacy and Sharia, by (25) from each faculty. A questionnaire was designed to harmonize with the purposes of the study, consisting of the social dimension the academic dimension the psychological dimension, the differences were calculated according to the following variables college specialization gender - years of experience and among the most important results: There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between The average scores of the members of the educational staff on the identification of trends in the total degree and its sub-dimensions according to the gender variable in favor of females. There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the members of the teaching staff on the identification of trends in the total degree and its sub-dimensions according to the variable years of experience. While there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the sample members towards university students with disabilities according to the variable of college specialization theory, applied on the social dimensions and specialization and the total degree of the questionnaire at the hypothetical significance level (0.05), while there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the sample members towards university students persons with disabilities according to the variable of college specialization theory, application in the academic dimension at the hypothetical significance level (0.05) in favor of applied colleges.
