هدف البحث إلى دراسة نتائج امتحانات التعليم النظامي والمفتوح ومعرفة الفروق بينها من حيث النظام التعليمي ونمط الأسئلة ودراسة ظاهرة ارتفاع وانخفاض نسب النجاح وتأثير نمط الأسئلة عليها في التعليمين النظامي والمفتوح. إضافة إلى تعرف نسبة المقررات المؤتمتة والتقليدية ونسبة النجاح فيها في التعليمين النظامي والمفتوح. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المقارن لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيق أهدافه، وتمثل المجتمع الأصلي للبحث كل كليات جامعة دمشق التي تتضمن برامج التعليم المفتوح وهي الكليات التالية: الاقتصاد، التربية الحقوق، الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية، العلوم السياسية، الإعلام، أما عينة البحث فقد شملت ثلاث كليات من المجتمع الأصلي، وهي الاقتصاد والتربية والحقوق. وبالتالي شملت عينة الدراسة من الكليات (50%) من المجتمع الأصلي إضافة إلى جميع المقررات الدراسية المؤتمتة والتقليدية، وأعداد الطلاب المتقدمين لهذه المقررات ونسب النجاح والرسوب في التعليمين النظامي والمفتوح. ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث: أعداد الطلاب التعليم المفتوح أكثر من أعداد طلاب التعليم النظامي في الكليات التي تعتمد التعليمين النظامي والمفتوح، وفي أغلب هذه الكليات يصل الفارق لأضعاف أعداد المثل وذلك لصالح التعليم المفتوح. كما أن النسبة المئوية للمقررات المؤتمتة في التعليم النظامي بلغت (69.6%) بينما بلغت هذه النسبة في التعليم المفتوح (80.3%)، وبلغ متوسط نسبة النجاح في التعليم النظامي (51,02) بينما بلغ في التعليم المفتوح (66,88). The aim of this research is to study the results of the formal and open education exams and to know the differences between them in terms of the educational system and the type of questions and to study the phenomenon of high and low success rates and the effect of the pattern of questions on them in the formal and open education. In addition to knowing the percentage of automated and traditional courses and the success rate in them in formal and open education. The researchers used the comparative descriptive approach for its relevance to the nature of the research and achieving its objectives. The original community of the research represented all faculties of Damascus University that include open education programs, which are the following faculties: economics, education, law, arts and humanities, political science, media, and the research sample: it included three Faculties of the indigenous community, namely economics, education and law. Thus, the study sample from the colleges included (50%) of the original community in addition to all the automated and traditional courses, the number of students applying for these courses, and the success and failure rates in formal and open education. Among the most important results of this research: The number of students in open education is more than the number of students in formal education in colleges that adopt formal and open education, and in most of these colleges the difference is twice the number of the same, in favor of open education. The percentage of automated courses in formal education reached (69.6%), while this percentage in open education reached (80.3%), and the average success rate in formal education was (51.02), while it was in open education (66.88).
