هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أرقى مكتسبات تطور الفكر البشري ألا وهي الثقافة الرقمية وضرورة تنميتها لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمصر في القرن الحادي والعشرين من خلال وضع سيناريو مستقبلي مقترح يستطيع استشراف المستقبل لهذه الثقافة المتطورة، والتي قد تساهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية بكل مكوناتها في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في دراسته، ومن أهم نتائج وتوصيات الدراسة ضرورة تطوير السياسة التعليمية، وتجديد الفلسفة التربوية للمجتمع المصري؛ لمسايرة متطلبات العصر الرقمي، وذلك في صورة مبادئ وأسس تعيد تنظيم بناء التعليم الأساسي وبقوانين تكفل تحرك النظام التربوي في اتجاه إقامة متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة. The greatest challenge for the teacher in the basic education stage is to be able to cope with the various variables in the digital age, characterized by linear acceleration in science and technology accelerated, the teacher of basic education must be characterized by future skills and abilities, which help him to face the future positively, and the information in the knowledge society. Hence, the present study aimed at shedding light on the most important achievements of the development of human thought, namely, digital culture and the necessity of developing it for the teachers of basic education in Egypt in the 21st century by developing a proposed future scenario. The researcher used the descriptive approach in his study. The most important conclusions and recommendations of the study are the necessity of developing the educational policy and renewing the educational philosophy of the Egyptian society in order to meet the requirements of the digital era. In the form of principles and foundations, reorganize the building of basic education and laws that ensure that the educational system moves towards the establishment of the requirements of the knowledge society.
