هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تجربة الأمهات مع أطفالهن في التعامل مع الأزمات بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج النوعي الظاهراتي لدراسة التجربة الشخصية للأفراد، التي يصف فيها الباحث الخبرات والتجارب حول ظاهرة معينة يعيشها الأفراد كما يصفها الأفراد أنفسهم. وتم استخدام المقابلة شبه المقننة لجمع المعلومات المرتبطة بتساؤلات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) أمهات. وأعدَّت الباحثة أداة مقابلة مكونة من (19) سؤالًا حول الممارسات المتّبَعة من قِبل الأمهات لتعريف أطفالهن بجائحة كورونا بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والممارسات المتّبَعة من قِبل الأمهات في إعادة ترتيب أولويات الحياة وغرس بعض المهارات الحياتية في أثناء الحجر الصحي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: تشابهت استجابات أمهات الأطفال تقريبًا حول الممارسات المتّبَعة من قِبلهن لتعريف أطفالهن بجائحة كورونا، وتنوعت استجابات الأمهات فيما يتعلق بخطر الوباء وانتشاره وأعراضه وطريقة العدوى، وكذلك فيما يتعلق بمفاهيم خطر الوباء وانتشاره وأعراضه وطريقة العدوى وطرق الوعي والحماية، وتشابهت استجابات الأمهات فيما يتعلق بالمشاعر السلبية والإيجابية نحو الجائحة. كما أظهرت النتائج تشابهًا إلى حدٍّ كبير في استجابات الأمهات للممارسات المتّبَعة من قِبلهن في إعادة ترتيب أولويات الحياة وغرس بعض المهارات الحياتية في أثناء الحجر الصحي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة النوعية، أوصت الدراسة بأهمية إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المماثلة التي تُركِّز على قضايا الوعي الأسري بتربية الأطفال في ظلّ الأزمات. The study aimed to reveal the experience of mothers with their children in the primary stage in dealing with crises in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study followed the qualitative phenomenological approach to study the personal experience of individuals, in which the researcher describes experiences and experiences about a specific phenomenon experienced by individuals as described by individuals themselves. A semi-structured interview was used to collect information related to the study questions, and the study sample consisted of (10) mothers. The researcher prepared an interview tool consisting of (19) questions about the practices followed by mothers to inform their children about the Corona pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the practices followed by mothers in rearranging life priorities and instilling some life skills during quarantine. The results of the study showed the following: The responses of the mothers of the children were almost similar regarding the practices followed by them to inform their children about the Corona pandemic. The responses of the mothers varied regarding the risk of the epidemic, its spread, symptoms and the method of infection, as well as concerning the concepts of the risk of the epidemic, its spread and symptoms, the method of infection, methods of awareness and protection, and the responses of mothers were similar. Regarding negative and positive feelings about the pandemic. The results also showed a significant similarity in the mothers' responses to the practices followed by them in rearranging life priorities and inculcating some life skills during quarantine. In light of the results of the qualitative study, the study recommended the importance of conducting more similar studies focus on issues of family awareness of raising children in times of crisis.
