The study aimed to identify the role of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of the Deanship of Human Resources at Majmaah University in the dimensions (planning, polarization, training, and evaluation); and to identify the requirements for activating the role of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of the deanship. The study community consisted of (80) Male and female employees, where the return was (61) questionnaires, with a percentage of (%76.25) of the study population. The survey descriptive approach was applied, and the questionnaire was the tool for data collection. The study reached several results, including The role of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of the Deanship of Human Resources, in general, came to a high degree, as the order of dimensions was as follows: the polarization dimension, followed by the evaluation dimension. Then after planning; and finally training, the results showed that the study members agreed with a high degree on the requirements for activating the role of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of the Deanship.
