تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية استخدام تطبيق غوغل كلاس روم في التعليم الجامعي في ظل جائحة كورونا لدى طلبة قسم علوم إعلام واتصال بجامعة غرداية، وذلك عن طريق معرفة الدوافع لاستخدام تطبيق غوغل كلاس روم ومعرفة الإشباعات المحققة منه والصعوبات التي يواجهها الطلبة عند استخدامهم لتطبيق. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم بناء استبيان يحتوي على أربعة محاور تتماشى مع أهداف الدراسة حيث أجريت على عينة قوامها 50 طالب من قسم السنة الثانية ليسانس إعلام واتصال تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث حاولت هذه الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما مدى استخدام تطبيق غوغل كلاس روم في التدريس الجامعي بقسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة غرداية؟ وقد تفرعت منه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1) دوافع استخدام طلبة قسم علوم إعلام واتصال بجامعة غرداية لتطبيق غوغل كلاس روم في التعلم؟ 2) الإشباعات المحققة من استخدام طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة غرداية لتطبيق غوغل كلاس روم في التعلم؟ 3) الصعوبات التي تواجه طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة غرداية في استخدامهم لتطبيق غوغل كلاس روم؟ حيث خلصت الدراسة عدة نتائج منها: إن تطبيق غوغل كلاس روم يعزز التواصل والتنظيم والتفاعل والمرونة والتعلم التعاوني مما يساهم في تحسين تجربة الطالب في عملية التعلم، بالرغم من الإشباعات المحققة في استخدام تطبيق إلا أن الطلبة لا يرون أن هذا التطبيق سيعوض التعليم التقليدي بل يرونه مكمل له وليس بديلا عنه. This study aims to know how to use the Google Classroom application in university education in light of the Corona pandemic among students of the department of science and information and communication at the University of Ghardaia and so on by knowing the motives for using this application and knowing the satisfactions achieved from it and the difficulties that students face when using the application. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was built containing four axes that are in line with the objectives of the study, as it was conducted on a sample of 50 students from the second year of the bachelor of information and communication department, and the descriptive approach was used. This study attempted to answer the main question: What is the extent of using the Google classroom application in university teaching among students of the department of information and communication sciences? The following sub-questions emerged from it: motivations for students of the department of media and communication sciences at - difficulties facing -Ghardaia University to use the Google Classroom application in learning students of the department of science, media and communication at Ghardaia University in their use of this application. The study concluded several results, including: The Google Classroom application enhances communication, organization, interaction, flexibility and cooperative learning, experience in the learning process, despite the which contributes to improving the student's gratifications achieved in using the application.
