تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة 80 أستاذ (ة) لمعرفة إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ظل بعض المتغيرات الوسطية التالية: الجنس، الأقدمية، التخصص، الحالة الاجتماعية. وتتمحور هذه الدراسة حول التساؤلات المتمثلة في: ما طبيعة العلاقة يبن الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدارسة؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير التخصص؟ للإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه الأنسب لهذه الدراسة والتي أجريت على عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط من عدة مؤسسات من مدينة ورقلة. وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وطبق عليهم الاستبيان من طرف الطالبتان ثم عولجت البيانات المتحصل عليها بمجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وباستخدام المتوسط الحساب وألفا كرو نباخوغيرها.. الخ وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى: لا توجد علاقة بين الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرقابة الإدارية والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير التخصص. ثم فسرت ونوقشت النتائج في ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسة. The study aims to know the nature of the relationship between administrative control and organizational commitment teachers of intermediate education, and in the language of the study sample, 80 teachers (e) know if there are significant differences Statistical significance in light of some of the following taxonomic variables: gender, seniority, specialization, social status. This study revolves around the questions represented in: What is the nature of the relationship between administrative control and organizational commitment among the study sample members? Are there statistically significant differences in administrative control and organizational commitment among sample members? Is the study attributed to the gender variable? Are there statistically significant differences in administrative control and organizational commitment among sample members? Is the study attributed to the marital status variable? Are there statistically significant differences in administrative control and organizational commitment among sample members? Is the study attributed to the variable of seniority? Are there statistically significant differences in administrative control and organizational commitment among sample members? Is the study attributed to the variable of specialization? To answer these questions, the descriptive approach was relied on, being the most appropriate for this study, which was conducted on a sample of middle school teachers from several institutions from the city of Ouargla. They were chosen randomly, and a questionnaire was applied to them by the two students, then they were treated the data obtained by a set of statistical methods through the package program Statistical for the social sciences (spss), using the arithmetic mean, Cronbach's alpha, and others .. In addition, in the end we arrived at: There is no relationship between administrative control and organizational commitment among the study sample members. There are no statistically significant differences in administrative control and organizational commitment among sample members the study is attributed to the gender variable.
