أجريت الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي "بدائرة المقارين"، ومعرفة مدى تأثير المتغيرات الوسطية (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات العمل) على علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بالكفاءة المهنية. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة عن طريق استبيانين الأول يخص الذكاء الوجداني مكون من (23) بند حيث تم تبنيه من دراسة مراد محمد عبد العزيز (2019) بينما الاستبيان الثاني والذي يخص الكفاءة المهنية تكون من (30) وتم تبنيه من دراسة عمر بن عبد الله مصطفى المغربي (1428هـ)، حيث تم التأكد من صلاحيتها للدراسة عن طريق قياس الخصائص السيكوميترية للأداتين من الصدق والثبات، ثم توزيع الأداتين على العينة الأساسية بطريقة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (60) أستاذ، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها، وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعوم الاجتماعية spss وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1) توجد علاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. 2) لا يؤثر الجنس على علاقة الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. 3) لا يؤثر المؤهل العلمي على علاقة الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. 4) لا تؤثر سنوات العمل على علاقة الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة، وخلصت بتقديم بعض المتقرحات الموجهة لدارسين وأصحاب القرار والمسؤولين عن العينة قيد الدراسة. The study aimed to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional competence among primary school teachers in the "Moucarin District" and to understand the impact of intermediary variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) on the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional competence. The descriptive-correlational method was used, and the study data were collected through two questionnaires. The first questionnaire, related to emotional intelligence, consisted of 23 items adopted from Murad Muhammad Abdulaziz's study (2019), while the second questionnaire, related to professional competence, consisted of 30 items adopted from Omar bin Abdullah Mustafa Al-Maghrabi's study (1429 AH). The validity of both instruments for the current study was ensured by measuring their psychometric properties, including reliability and validity. The instruments were then distributed to a random stratified sample of 60 teachers. Appropriate statistical methods were used to process and analyze the data using the SPSS software. The study reached the following conclusions: 1) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and professional competence among primary school teachers. 2) Gender does not affect the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional competence among primary school teachers. 3) Academic qualifications do not affect the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional competence among primary school teachers. 4) Years of experience do not affect the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional competence among primary school teachers. The study results were discussed in light of theoretical perspectives and some previous studies, concluding with several recommendations directed at researchers, decision-makers, and those responsible for the sample group.
