تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعيبكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية خلال الموسم 2022-2023. للتحقق من الدراسة الحالية، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الملائم لهذا التناول، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (110) طالبا وطالبة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، خلال السنة الدراسية 2023. كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على الأدوات التالية: 1) مقياس الأمن النفسي المصمم من طرف "زينب الشقير". 2) مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز المصمم من طرف "سعاد أحمد مولى الساعدي"، وبعدها تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداتين خلال حساب معاملات الصدق والثبات قبل تطبيقهما في الدراسة الأساسية، ثم عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في (spss) نسخته الثانية والعشرون (22). وبعد التحليل الإحصائي، أسفرت النتائج المتوصل إليها إلى: 1) توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأمن النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعي. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعي في الأمن النفسي تبعا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور - الإناث). 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة الثانية والثالثة جامعي في الدافعية للإنجاز تبعا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور - الإناث). 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعي في الأمن النفسي تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي (علم النفس - علم النفس العمل والتنظيم - علم النفس العيادي). 5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة الثانية والثالثة جامعي في الدافعية للإنجاز تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي (علم النفس - علم النفس العمل والتنظيم - علم النفس العيادي). وقد نوقشت هذه النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء التراث النظري والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع، وختمت باقتراحات موجهة لطلبة الجامعة أفراد عينة الدراسة، والطاقم التربوي الاستشاري بالجامعة. The study aims to reveal the relationship between psychological security and achievement motivation among second and third year university students at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences during the 2022-2023 season. To verify the current study, the descriptive correlative approach appropriate to this approach was relied upon, as the main study sample consisted of (110) male and female students who were randomly selected at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, during the academic year 2023. The following tools were used in data collection: 1) Psychological security scale designed by "Zainab Alshgheer". 2) Achievement motivation scale designed by "Souad Ahmed Mawla Al-Saadi". After that, the psychometric characteristics of the two tools were confirmed by calculating the reliability and validity coefficients before applying them in the basic study, then the data were treated statistically using the statistical package program for social sciences in (spss) its twenty-second edition (22). After the statistical analysis, the results reached are: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between psychological security and motivation for achievement among second and third year university students. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the average of second and third year university students in psychological security, according to the gender variable: (males -females). 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the average of the second and third year university students in the achievement motivation according to the gender variable: (males - females). 4) There are no statistically significant differences between the average of the second and third year university students in psychological security, according to the specialization variable (psychology - psychology of work and organization - clinical psychology). 5) There are no statistically significant differences between the average of second and third year university students in achievement motivation according to the academic specialization variable: (Psychology - Psychology of work and organization - Clinical psychology). These results were discussed in the light of the theoretical heritage and previous studies related to the subject, and concluded with suggestions addressed to the university students, members of the study sample, and the educational advisory staff at the university.
