تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة إن سهلت منصة مودل من عملية التفاعل بين الطلبة والأساتذة في ظل جائحة كورونا، ومعرفة إذا ساعدت منصة مودل في تلقي المعلومة العلمية للطالب في ظل جائحة كورونا، كما تهدف أيضا إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي واجهت الطلبة عند استخدام منصة مودل في ظل جائحة كورونا. انطلاقا من الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات بعد تقسيمها إلى عدة محاور بغية التعرف على خبايا الظاهرة، مع تبني للوصول إلى مجتمع الدراسة، مع تبني أسلوب المسح بالعينة وهذا لعدم القدرة على الحصر الشامل لهذا المجتمع نظرا لضخامته، وذلك انطلاقا من توظيف العينة الطبقية العشوائية، وقد طبقت على عينة من قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بلغ عددها 100 طالبا. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع التعليم الجامعي عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا، تجربة شهدتها جامعة ورقلة كخطوة من أجل إنقاص الموسم الدراسي، لكن تم تسجيل مجموعة من المعوقات التي واجهت الطلبة لعدم تواصلهم مع الأساتذة، ناهيك عن المشاكل التقنية كانعدام وضعف في الإنترنت، إضافة إلى عدم معرفة استخدام منصة مودل. The study aims to find out if the model plat form facilitated the process of interaction between students and professors in light of the corona pandemic, and find out if the model platform helped in receiving scientific information for the student in light of the corona pandemic, it also aims to reveal the obstacles that students faced when using the model platform in light of the corona pandemic, based on the descriptive approach through the use of the questionnaire tool as a tool for collecting data after dividing it in order to get acquainted with the mysteries of the phenomenon ,while adopting the sample survey method to reach the study population, this is why the inability to compressively enumerate this community due to its enormity, the results of the study indicated that the reality of distance university education in light of the corona pandemic is an experience witnessed by the University of Ouargla as a step to destroy the school season, however, a number of obstacles faced by students for not communicating with teachers were record, not to mention technical problems such as the lack of internet access, in addition to not using the model platform.
