تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بولاية ورقلة. وقد سعت إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف متمثلة في: 1) التعرف على العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. 2) التعرف على مدى تأثير المناعة النفسية على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. 3) إثراء المكتبة الجامعية بمعلومات في كل من موضوع المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. 4) الوصول إلى نتائج وحقائق يمكن الاستفادة منها في مجال العمل الإداري. 5) معرفة مدى وعي العمال بمجال المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 موظف وموظفة يترواح أعمارهم بين (20 فما فوق). ولتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة في هذه الدراسة تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي الأرتباطي، كما تم اعتماد على مقياسين: 1) بناء مقياس المناعة النفسية للباحثة رحمة تيسير العمري، (2020) رسالة ماستر، تخصص علم النفس عيادي. 2) مقياس سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية للباحث شلابي وليد (2015)، رسالة ماستر، تخصص علم النفس عمل وتنظيم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. 2) لا توجد فروق علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية باختلاف السن لدى عمال المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. 3) لا توجد فروق علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية باختلاف الجنس، لدى عمال المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. 4) لا توجد فروق بين المناعة النفسية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية لدى عمال المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. The study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the Higher School of Teachers in Ouargla. It sought to achieve a number of goals, including: 1) To identify the relationship between psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior. 2) To identify the extent of the impact of psychological immunity on organizational citizenship behavior. 3) Enriching the university library with information on both the subject of psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior. 4) Access to results and facts that can be used in the field of administrative work. 5) Knowing the extent of workers' awareness of the field of psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior. The study sample consisted of 50 male and female employees; their ages ranged between (20 and over). To achieve the objectives set out in this study, the descriptive correlative approach was used, and two scales were used: 1) Building a psychological immunity scale for researcher Rahma Tayseer Al-Omari, (2020) Master's thesis, specializing in clinical psychology. 2) Scale of organizational citizenship behavior by researcher Shalabi Walid (2015), a master's thesis, specializing in psychology, work and organization. The study reached the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the Higher School of Teachers. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior according to the age of the teachers' high school workers. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior according to gender. High school workers have teachers. 4) There are no differences between psychological immunity and organizational citizenship behavior according to the different social status of the teachers’ high school workers.
