هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين عادات العقل والذكاء الوجداني لأولى ماستر قسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. ولتحقيق ذلك استعمل المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (150) طالبا وطالبة تخصص (علم النفس التربوي، علم النفس عيادي، علم النفس عمل وتنظيم، إرشاد وتوجيه) بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، تم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل للعينة الدراسة 2020-2021. وبعد تطبيق أداتي الدراسة والمتمثلة في: مقياس عادات العقل لرودجرز (Rodgers, 2000)، ومقياس الذكاء الوجداني لـرزق (2001) فكانت النتائج الدراسة كما يلي: 1) توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين عادات العقل والذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة أولى ماستر قسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية. 2) توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد عادات العقل والذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة أولى ماستر قسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية. 3) توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين عادات العقل وأبعاد الذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة أولى ماستر قسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية. This study aimed to identify the relationship between the habits of mind and emotional intelligence for the first master’s degree in the department of psychology and education sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. To achieve this, the descriptive correlative approach was used, where the study was conducted on a sample of (150) male and female students majoring (Educational Psychology, Psychology Clinical, Psychology, Work and Organization, Guidance and Guidance) at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, and then selected by the comprehensive survey method for the study sample 2020-2021. After applying the two study tools represented in: The Mind Habits Scale by Carl Rodgers (Rodgers, 2000), and the Emotional Intelligence Scale by Othman Rizk (2001), the results of the study were as follows: 1) There is a relationship between the habits of mind and emotional intelligence among first master students in the Department of Psychology and Education Sciences. 2) There is a relationship between the dimensions of mind habits and emotional intelligence among first master students, department of psychology and education sciences. 3) There is a relationship between the habits of mind and the dimensions of emotional intelligence among the first students of the Master's department of psychology and education sciences.
