هدفت الدراسة إلى: 1) بناء مقياس القيادة الإبداعية لدى مدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى. 2) التعرف على درجة القيادة الإبداعية لدى مدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى. اشتمل مجتمع البحث على مدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى، والبالغ عددهن (270) مدرسة في تخصص التربية الرياضية، واشتملت عينة البحث على (270) مدرسة في تخصص التربية الرياضية في محافظة نينوى، إذ تم اختيار عينة البحث بطريقة عمدية، أي أن "يختار الباحث أفراد العينة حسب ما يراه مناسبا لتحقيق هدف معين، لذلك يتم اختيار الأفراد لتحقيق مراد البحث" (طشطوش، 2001، 37)، وتم اختيار نسبة (62.96%) من مجتمع البحث بواقع (170) تدريسية كعينة بناء، واستخدم القسم الباقي وبنسبة (37.03) وبواقع (100) تدريسية كعينة تطبيق، وفي العادة يتم اختيار نسبة (50%) من مجتمع البحث كعينة بناء، ويستخدم النصف الآخر كعينة تطبيق. The research aims at: 1) Building a scale of creative leadership of female teachers of physical education in the governorate of Nineveh. 2) Determining the level of sports creative leadership of female teachers in the governorate of Nineveh. The research community included female teachers of physical education in the province of Nineveh (Mosul city center) and the number of (270) teaching in the specialty of physical education, and the sample included (270) teaching in the specialization of physical education in the province of Nineveh (Mosul city center), as the research sample was chosen in a deliberate way, ie, "the researcher selects the members of the sample according to what he deems appropriate to achieve a particular goal, so individuals are selected to achieve the target of the research" (Tashtoush, 2001, 37), and a percentage (62.96%) of the research community (170) teaching as a building sample, and the remaining section was used (37.03) and (100) teaching as an application sample, usually choose the proportion (50%) of the research community to build a sample, and the other half is used as a sample application.
